I have used Tax-aide via AARP via the CAN office in Sun City for the past four years and counting. I find the service very organized and incredibly useful. There was an error found in my last return, which I worked with Rich to resolve very quickly. I find the program and its staff to be a great resource to the community.

We met with Rich. He was very helpful and informative. Everything went smoothly. Overall of a very good experience for us.

I arrived at the C.A.N. office at 10:00 this morning where I met with Rich who promptly reviewed my 2024 tax return, which I had prepared myself. In doing so I neglected to include form 140PTC for Arizona state property tax credit. After recreating my return Rich was able to amend my return and derived a refund, which I was entitled to. I can't thank Rich and the C.A.N. Office for this valuable FREE service to Sun City residents. I can surely use the refund I'll be receiving soon.
